What the Panda's been up to...

Okay... It's been a while since I posted, so I thought that since I'm sitting here, reading a copy of "Where Wizards Stay Up Late" (Great read for anyone who ever wondered, or thought they knew how the Internet came to be) and I'm kinda bored, so I thought I'd just update all of my two or three readers with what's going on in my life.

Not a whole hell of a lot.

Yeah, that was anticlimactic, and probably a lie, but whatever. Actually, a good bit has been going on. I've finally got my own server up, and I'm switching over to Ubuntu Linux as my main operating system as SOON as I get back to the dorms... Classes are stressful, as are my grades, that just refuse to come up (Maybe I'm not meant for college yet?) And, I'm have some very minor relationship issues (If by issues I just miss my significant other way more than I should be, at inappropriate times).

Anywho, I'm definitely going to try to start up my Data Services company when I head back to Fairmont for Summer break. Still trying to work out a name, but I have a few candidates.

Got a few ideas for my GothPanda comic, which is sad, because I've taken no time to draw or anything, which is sad since I'm going to forget them shortly. May put a post up later or archive it in my GoogleDocs...

But, I've had a week virtually to my self, and I've just gotten bored... I need a job or something. Good thing that Target is going to be on campus this week.

I'm staying at the Furry Farm in Sumerco, and I've still not been able to get my sleeping habits on track. It's good to have a group of friends that are there for me, but I'm just missing one in particular. Although, I did get to lay claim to the waterbed this week.

They're not all that they're cracked up to be.

I also gained an addiction to Lipton Tea, and will have to make batches of it later today.

Also going to have to shave and shower when I get back.

Hell, I still have to back before we can leave, but I've only got a couple pairs of pants, shirts, and other bits around the farmhouse...

Oh, and Dial-Up internet sucks. I can't wait to get back to my lovely T3...

Learned this week that Marshall University sits right on top of a Sprint Node, so that we have virtually limitless speed on anything on Sprint's network. Like it sits on campus somewhere...

I'm getting a bit incohearant, as I'm tired, and I'm not really going to get to sleep yet...

(Insert hour long pause)

Oops... Still haven't posted... Got distracted and such...

Well, I think I'm going to pack up a bit, read the rest of this chapter, and try to get an hour or two of sleep...

Fuck Life...

Okay...  So, I've had a bit of a bad day today, but whatever...  It's taught me a few things, so it's not a complete waste...

I've been working on this damn personal project of mine for way too long...  I have this desktop which I've dubbed "Queen Bitch" for obvious reasons, and I've been trying to turn in into a Linux Based server, just to get some experience with that kind of thing, and I've pulled every magic trick I have to get it to work, but it all comes back to one thing.  Damn hard drive...  Well, I figured out that I can use my dead mp3 player drive in it..  Which made me happy...

As did the INTENSE amount of snow we got last night.  Ended up putting the campus on a delay schedule, and I didn't have to go to Psychology today, cause the Professor couldn't get here.

I went to my other class this morning, which is a good improvement...  Normally I can't pull myself out of bed...  It wasn't bad by any means, but I wish I could be doing other things... 

So, I come back, and decide to settle a bit of my Financial Aid difficulties, and find out, that unless I go and get financial information from my Mother, I'm not going to be able to get aid for next semester.  In Layman's terms, I won't be able to come back to college next semester, until I turn 24...  (That's five fucking years...)

I swear...  I wanted to cry today...  Wanted to just give up on life entirely...  But, I've learned that as time progresses, shit happens...  Better yet, if you go through a period of time where this shit doesn't happen, your chances of it occurring increase exponentially until it does...  And, when it happens...  It comes at you all at once...

I also realized that I don't really write on this, except when shit happens, or I'm in a state of Heaven...  Which doesn't happen very often.  However, this is just my way of venting, even though I know no one reads this anyway's...  It's nice to think that someone could...

Well, I've got to study for a Computer Science exam in about 7 hours, and I just need to do some venting, so I'm thinking about throwing on some pants and stuff, and running around the campus for a while...  Take some pictures, and stuff...

I'll post them when I get back...  I need to unwind, and I've wanted to actually do this for forever...  I think I will...  Perk myself up a bit...  Then come back, and work on programming hell...
